My stay at the Happy Star Hotel Nha Trang had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet alley yet right in the center of the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, which made a big difference. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in my room and the shower setup was quite unsatisfactory, leaving a lot to be desired.

I was upgraded to a Superior Twin Room, which had a bathtub and a nice balcony. but it was still two single beds instead of the double I wanted. Overall, it felt a bit cramped.

The room I initially booked had a misleading shower setup which left the floor flooded, and there was a continual sewage smell in the hallway. However, the hotel did resolve my room issue and provided basic amenities like free water.
